HPE StoreEver is a tape automation product that helps SMB customers to meet long-term data retention requirements, as well as provides air-gapped data protection from the growing threat of ransomware. The HPE StoreEver tape library offers broad capacity options including LTO-9, LTO-8, LTO-7, or LTO-6 Ultrium drives. HPE CVTL makes the HPE StoreEver tape library easy to manage from any location, mitigating the need for remote office IT staff. You can simply manage tape media in and out of the library with the standard bar code reader, configurable mail slots, and removable magazines. If a tape is lost or stolen, you can protect important business data from unauthorized access with data encryption. You can quickly increase capacity and/or performance with tool-free drive upgrades in the Autoloader or tape library, or move tape drive kits for library scalability and additional enterprise-class features.
