Running Job from Application

Prerequisites

• BDT Application must be defined on the CipherTrust Manager and at least one active client must be registered with the application.

• Job configuration must be created.

Steps

1. Log on to the CipherTrust Manager GUI as administrator.

2. Open Application Data Protection.

3. In the left pane, click Applications. The list of applications is displayed on the screen.

4. Click the Application which will be used to run the job.

5. On the Application page, click the Run Job Now button. The Run Job: < job configuration name > screen is displayed.

6. On the Run Job screen, select the Job Configuration which you want to run and click Start Job. A message stating, Job started successfully is displayed. The status of the job is available on the Job Status page.
